Embedded Digital-iQ Control
Embedded Digital-iQ™ controls are built for quick and simple usability. Advanced control features, such as recipe creation, can be performed and tested with minimal downtime.
Offering flexibility and adaptability within any production ecosystem, each unit can be controlled directly through the onboard manual controls, or remotely by PLC or ethernet.
Being 100% digital, the Digital-iQ™ monitors multiple electrical characteristics. Power limits can be adjusted on demand and by stored recipe – both able to ramp from 0-100% of rated power in as low as 50 milliseconds.
Built-in, multi-level password protection ensures that data is safe from unauthorized manipulating.
Desktop Digital-iQ Control
The companion Digital-iQ™ controls for desktops allow operators to remotely connect, control, and monitor a Radyne unit with the embedded Digital-iQ™ controls- such as the VersaPower®-Xtreme™ induction power supply.
Able to monitor and graph multiple data sources on the remote unit allows for precise monitoring of process parameters. Processing Digital-iQ™ controller data is simple as graphs and tables are printable, and tabulated data is exportable as excel workbooks.
Remote recipe creation allows the user to leverage the benefits of the desktop Digital-iQ™ editor. Recipe steps can be easily edited in the table format, and recipes can be transmitted between multiple units, allowing for fast edits across all supported units.
