If the reading error is less than 2F there is no cause for alarm. If the reading error is more than 5F ensure that all wire connections between the sensor and controller are secure and ensure that the cable insulation is intact inside the tower. If no other problems are present the sensor may have been damaged and should be replaced. The water spray sometimes activates for a few seconds even when none of the fans are running. This is a normal function of the HyprCool . A maintenance timer enables a brief spray of water at set intervals. By default it will activate for 15 seconds every 5 hours. This flushes the spray pipes cleans the nozzles and prevents standing water and biological growth. The interval and spray duration can be adjusted within the control panel if necessary. Water is leaking from a valve in the bottom of the spray pipe once the water spray ceases. This is a normal function of the HyprCool. Once the water spray stops and the spray valve closes a drain valve below it will open and allow any water remaining in the pipes to drain eliminating standing water in the system. The process fluid gets hot enough to turn multiple fans on but they dont all turn on at once. There is a slight delay. This is a normal function of the HyprCool. By default there is a 10 second delay between the controller reaching the temperature at which an action is called for and the fan turning on or off. One or more fans have stopped running. The overloads are constantly tripping. Check the settings on the motor overloads and ensure that they are not set too low. An overload should be set at the rated full load current FLC of the motor which can be found on the fan motor nameplate and on the electrical schematic supplied with the HyprCool. If the overload is set properly and the problem persists the motor may require maintenance or repair. 6
